EABH donated two tents through the EABH Community Outreach Program to the outpatient clinic Orestes Diniz, that serves patients with infectious and contagious diseases. The clinic is managed by UFMG (Hospital das Clínicas) and Belo Horizonte City Hall (SUS). The tents will be used to provide shelter for patients and safety for the health professionals working in dedicated external areas of the clinic, minimizing the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
During the week of Thanksgiving, we reflected on how grateful we are for the opportunity to help those in need. It feels good to care!
