Board Retreat

EABH is a nonprofit association. The Board of Directors is made up of seven members (EABH parents) that represent the association. The board meets regularly to work on the strategic plans of the school. The work is voluntary and the purpose is to maintain good governance for EABH. Last weekend, the board, along with special project committee members and the school director, met for two consecutive days to review the school statutes to ensure that the policies that govern the institution are clearly written and ethical.
