Students and Parents Checklists (9, 10, 11 and 12)

As you read through these lists, don’t panic!!  The College Counseling Team works with all levels of students beginning in the 5th grade in June to prepare them for their move into Upper School.  We also work with all upper school students in June as they make their transition into the next grade level.  We especially focus on the 8th grade as they move into “High School” where we distinguish the move from the dress rehearsal of G6-G8 to “on the books” G9-G12.  We meet with grades 9-10 during their advisory meetings and grades 11-12 have a College Prep Class built into their schedules for both Brazilian pathways and International pathways.

  • The College Prep courses at EABH walk the students through the whole process from delving into the self-reflection required to begin making the decisions to learning how to do laundry on their own without turning their white clothing pink.
