If you need a transcript, please follow this process:
- Send an email to this address requesting a transcript: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fill out the form and return it to the same address: email@example.com
- Your transcript will be sent to you for a proof or review to make sure everything is correct.
- Reply to that email “signing off” on the transcript as correct.
- Your final, official, transcript will be emailed to you.
Please let the CCT know if we need to send the transcript for you in order for it to be considered “official”, rather than you sending it.
