💙 This past weekend, our competitive cheerleading team made us proud as they represented Escola Americana de Belo Horizonte (EABH) at the state championship held at the iconic 📍Mineirão Stadium. Our talented athletes showcased their dedication, spirit, and incredible teamwork, bringing home the first-place trophy!🏆
👏We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the coaches and support staff for their guidance and motivation, as well as to all the families, friends, and members of our school community who came out to cheer for the team.

💙No último final de semana, a nossa equipe competitiva de cheerleading nos encheu de orgulho ao representar a Escola Americana de Belo Horizonte (EABH) no campeonato estadual realizado no icônico 📍Estádio Mineirão. Nossas talentosas atletas demonstraram dedicação, espírito esportivo e um incrível trabalho em equipe, trazendo para casa o troféu de primeiro lugar!🏆
👏Também gostaríamos de agradecer aos treinadores e à equipe de apoio por sua orientação e motivação, assim como a todas as famílias, amigos e membros da nossa comunidade escolar que vieram torcer pelo time.

Earlier this year, Alice B. (G6) attended the World Company Awards (WOCA), an international event that celebrates organizations committed to sustainability, philanthropy, and social responsibility. During the event, Alice was interviewed by the president of the Global Council of Sustainability and Marketing and impressed everyone with her confidence and authenticity.
She spoke naturally and enthusiastically about the philanthropic projects she has been involved in through EABH and NEHS (National Elementary Honor Society), demonstrating how our mission comes to life in her actions. 🌱✨

Our Grade 3 students are engaged in an amazing project! They had the pleasure of welcoming Olegário Alfredo, a renowned cordelista and xilogravurista, who shared with them the beauty of this art form. He played the traditional rabeca and also recited cordéis, bringing the stories to life. 📚🎶
It was a wonderful opportunity for students to explore Literatura de Cordel more deeply. They were thrilled and loved creating their own xilogravuras!

Nossos alunos do Grade 3 se engajaram em um projeto incrível! Eles tiveram o prazer de receber Olegário Alfredo, renomado cordelista e xilogravurista, que compartilhou toda a beleza dessa arte. Ele tocou a tradicional rabeca e também recitou cordéis, encantando a todos com suas histórias. 📚🎶
Foi uma oportunidade maravilhosa para os alunos mergulharem na Literatura de Cordel. Eles ficaram empolgados e adoraram criar suas próprias xilogravuras!
