👉The Model United Nations (MUN) club simulates United Nations discussions for students to learn about diplomacy, geopolitics, and international relations, in addition to developing leadership and communication skills.
📍BraMUN, the biggest MUN conference in Latin America, happened from March 19-22 2025, at Costa do Sauípe, Bahia, and EABH was able to take 27 students from grades 8-12.
🎉 We had a great experience and received many awards, including:
- Best Delegation to Giovana M. in the Special Committee “United Interplanetary Council”
- Outstanding Delegation to Vitor S. in the Special Committee “American Progress Commission”
- Verbal Commendation to Laís T. also in the “American Progress Commission”
- Best Chair to Tatiana C. in the “UN Security Council”
In addition, Helena K. has been selected as a Co-Chair of the first committee to be held in Portuguese in 2026: Conselho de Direitos Humanos.

👉O clube Model United Nations (MUN) simula as discussões das Nações Unidas para que os alunos aprendam sobre diplomacia, geopolítica e relações internacionais, além de desenvolverem habilidades de liderança e comunicação.
📍O BraMUN, a maior conferência de MUN da América Latina, aconteceu dos dias 19 a 22 de março de 2025, na Costa do Sauípe, Bahia, e a EABH levou 27 alunos dos Grades 8 a 12.
🎉Tivemos uma experiência incrível e recebemos diversos prêmios, incluindo:
- Melhor Delegação para Giovana M., no comitê especial “United Interplanetary Council”

From caterpillar to butterfly! 🐛▶️🦋 For about a month and a half, the PK classroom was filled with wonder as students observed this magical transformation.
👉Through this hands-on experience, students developed their curiosity, observation skills, patience, and a deeper appreciation for nature.🍃
This learning journey embodies our strategic goal 🎯 to unify the EABH Experience, integrating our Brazilian and International curriculum tracks in both English and Portuguese.

De lagarta a borboleta! 🐛▶️🦋 Durante aproximadamente um mês e meio, os alunos do PK ficaram encantados à medida que observavam essa transformação mágica.
👉Por meio dessa experiência prática, os alunos desenvolveram a curiosidade, habilidades de observação, paciência e uma apreciação ainda maior pela natureza.🍃
Essa jornada de aprendizagem representa o nosso objetivo estratégico 🎯 de unificar a experiência da EABH, integrando os currículos brasileiro e internacional, em inglês e português.

💃Dressed in traditional attire, our students are presenting amazing projects that deepen our understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures.

👉Os alunos do Upper School estão demonstrando sua criatividade e aprendizado por meio de projetos envolventes que exploram a culinária, tradições e patrimônios históricos dos países de língua espanhola.
💃Vestidos com trajes típicos, nossos alunos estão apresentando projetos muito interessantes que aprofundam a nossa compreensão e valorização pela diversidade cultural.
🎯A EABH busca Expandir Oportunidades, proporcionando aos alunos mais experiências para explorar seus interesses e fortalecer sua aprendizagem por meio de atividades artísticas e culturais.

💙 Bringing joy and connection, the National Honor Society @nhs_eabh spent the morning of March 15th at Exclusive Idade, a retirement home in Belo Horizonte. Members hosted a lively bingo game, filling the room with laughter and excitement as residents eagerly played for prizes, including coffee cups, sugar-free chocolates, and hand lotion. The energy was contagious, and the elders were cheerful and engaged throughout the event.
To make the day even more special, NHS members left behind a lasting gift—over 50 succulent plants 🌿for the residents to enjoy. It was a heartwarming experience for all involved!
👉This initiative reflects our 🎯Strategic Plan Goal #2 to Build Community by fostering meaningful connections beyond the school walls and encouraging students to make a positive impact in the world around them. 🌎

💙Trazendo alegria e conexão, o National Honor Society passou a manhã do dia 15 de março no Exclusive Idade, uma casa de repouso em Belo Horizonte. Os membros organizaram um animado bingo, enchendo a sala de risadas, enquanto os residentes jogavam com entusiasmo para ganhar prêmios, como canecas de café, chocolates sem açúcar e loções para as mãos. A energia era contagiante, e os idosos ficaram alegres e envolvidos durante todo o evento.
Para tornar o dia ainda mais especial, os membros do NHS deixaram um presente duradouro—mais de 50 suculentas 🌿 para os residentes apreciarem. Foi uma experiência emocionante para todos os envolvidos!
👉Essa iniciativa reflete o nosso Objetivo 2 do 🎯Plano Estratégico de Construir Comunidade, promovendo conexões significativas para além dos muros da escola e incentivando os alunos a impactarem positivamente o mundo ao seu redor. 🌎
