Spirit Days and Pep Rally – Semester II

During Spirit Days, students celebrate their school pride by dressing up in different costumes each day. Spirit Days are held during the days before our students travel to NR Acampamentos, where they compete against other international schools at the International Schools Sports League (ISSL). During the ISSL Season II, the boys will compete in volleyball and futsal and the girls, in volleyball and soccer. On the athletes last day before their trip, we hold a Pep Rally. This event boosts the school pride and introduces the athletes who will represent EABH. We always count with the presence of our mascot, “Hawky, the Hawk,” who amuses everyone with his dances. During the Pep Rally, we usually host a game between Junior Varsity (JV) athletes and another team formed by parents and teachers. And as usual, everyone sings loudly our song: We will HAWK you. We wish the Hawks the best of luck, have fun and we hope you bring home some trophies! #gohawks
